Returns & Refunds

Thank you for purchasing our products at https://positivearth.com operated by PositivEarth LLC.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packaging slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

An item is eligible for return if the item is not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page, is returned within the 30 day return window, and it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
  • Has one or more parts or accessories missing
  • Does not match with what was ordered
  • Does not fit/wrong size
  • You no longer want the item

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable.

For “Featured” clothing items we offer free shipping when exchanged for a different size or clothing item.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 14 days from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.

If our products have arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

In order to be eligible for a refund

  • you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase
  • the product must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • the product must be unused and undamaged in any way.
  • the product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Sale:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again or contact the bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable.

For “Featured” clothing items we offer free shipping when exchanged for a different size or clothing item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refund:

After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Note that it may take 7 business days after a return is processed  for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.
